Thanks bro. Finished the nitrous today and just have some paint and interior stuff to finish up. I am blown away at the work GAS has done...

modaddict, is that the ***** best setup,
for a catch can
IMO - yes. I like a breather the best and switched from the catch can to straight breathers. However, I did get some oil (especially passenger side) and I didn't like the mess or headache of not getting the residue completely out. I want the system to breath but I want to catch any residue as well. This is the can I used and just had it polished...

So is the set up with the Steph's can still worth it?

I don't think the catch can set-up is 'bad' - it still does the job decent enough. It just has some issues that breathers work better for and breathers have issues that a catch can works better for so this is the best of both solution IMO.

It doesn't mean the catch can is bad by any means - or breathers - for that matter. I just see this as the 'best' set-up IMO. I am pushing 1000 hp, so I need to feel I have the 'best' in my set-ups cause I am more prone to issues than most.

Breaking in racing isn't a chance - it's a FACT, unfortunately, and just goes with the game. All you can do is hedge yourself but there is always going to be a 'weak link'. Fix that one, and you create another one - but there will ALWAYS be one, that's for sure...

LOL...

-8 would be a helluva nitrous line...[8D]

That's a fuel line part of the return system and it was just up and over while I was deciding where I was going to tap the -4 nitrous line to. I didn't want to go all the way over there so I T'd off the passenger side rail. That fuel line is now back where it's supposed to be and that's under the supercharger snout...

I can't for reasons that will make complete sense when the article comes out but I will give a head's up before it hits...
