I ordered mine on a Friday evening (~10:00pm) and got the email with the tune on the following Monday afternoon (~2:00pm). The tune is an attachment to the email. It will be an LL3 (.ll3) file.

Good job on the 93 tq tune. I have the C&L Racer CAI and bought the 3 tune pack.. 87/perf(god forbid i can't find 93) 93/tq and 93/race . The 93tq tune defintily throws you in your seat harder then the 93race. I compared them with back to back runs and against my buddys '01 GT and the TQ tune pulled harder through about 100mph when i would let off. IMO the 93tq is where its at!

thanks that makes me feel a little better about it because i always hear people talking about the race tune, and from what you say the torque sounds better plus the guy at bama said its good for DD

ok well ive been wanting to get a new tune and still undecided. I would like to see dyno charts to see the differences but i am also waiting to swap gears to 4.10s and i dint think changing gears is an option on the custom tune..
Any info???

The gear ratio is one of the changeable parameters on the Brenspeed custom tunes (I'm pretty sure it is same for the Bama tunes also). It comes with the gear ratio you originally provide them as the default, but you can change it.

i got the tune and installed the intake friday afternoon and its great.. i can definitely feel the difference.. the torque tune feels most powerful at about 3-4k RPMs.. the guy at bama told me it would be in the 2-3k RPM range but whatever i like it lol

Congratulations! Also, I think you made the right decision with the C&L Street CAI. The performance is probably the same as other CAIs, but it looks a lot better and is more durable. Ive been switching back and forth between Brenspeed and Bama (race) 93 tunes for several months....I'm thinking about switching to the stock tune for a day just to see the difference again. (Now I'm considering purchasing the Bama Torque tune also.)

glad to hear you're happy with your tune, I went with the 93 race tune from doug and while it "felt" stronger and faster than my previous dyno tune, I actually lost 8hp and 12tq on the dyno when comparing both of them...

I switch back and forth between the tq and race tune. The race tune does have better throttle response, but the tq tune feels stronger. The race tune lacks a little down low.
