If its like the whipple tune the only way to change the gear ratio is to send the procal back to ford and have them recalibrate it. Ford puts a lock on the tune that doesn't allow for any changes. I think you'll be happier with a mail order tune from one of the vendors on here.

+1 on being happier with a tune from Brenspeed or Bamachips. Either of their tunes are superior to the FRPP tune IMO. With their tune and an Xcal you can change your axle ratio to your hearts content.

The dealer cannot legally void your warranty unless he can prove that the aftermarket part caused the problem. Feel free to limit yourself, though. Everyone's entitled to their opinion.
