The most gains from cams will be from the Comp Cams SPR stage II. These require springs and a cam phaser limiter. The gains I believe are usually 60+ depending on your config. They have a slightly rough idle but not as much as the Comp Cams Thumpr 3v or FRPP Hot Rods which are both NSR (no springs required). But the gains from those are no where near the SPRs but have a sick lope.

The cams you talk about I think give about 35 HP give or take a little. Assuming we're talking about the same cams.

As far as headers...there's several posts on here that go into length about both types. Basically the LT will give most gains on the high end where as shortys give their gains on the low end. Both sound good but LT will be louder/deeper. If passing emissions is a concern for you, then the shorty may be a better choice. Of course even with LT, usually there's ways around it.

Sutton HP was supposed to have them but I don't see them listed.

But, here's a place that does: http://www.radmustangs.com/Cams_c_19-1.html

Also check out this page for a dyno comparison: https://mustangforums.com/forum/show...=470352&page=5

FYI LT headers have greater torque down low and shorties make greater hp up high. You just got them mixed up.

Nope. You got it mixed up. I've been in many shorty vs LT header discussions for well over a year and all the data I've seen both in forums and websites comparing them back up what I said.
