couldnt he get the CAI and tune, but also tune the rear o2s to turn them off, and then later on get the o/r x or would driving with the sensors off (and making the car think there arent any cats) while still having the cats on be bad?
Yes he could. I had my rear o2's turned off when I got my tuner with the s/c. Have been running this way for a few months now. Still with stock catted mid pipe.
