Yes I have a boost gauge and I have about 20,000 miles on the belt

You can look at the alt (around pulley area) to see any belt dust, due to slipping. Has the weather made a decent change in your area?

all suggestions above are great and how is the weather in your area....I would start off with the cheapest first....new belt after checking for vacuum leaks and possibly some different aftermarket pulleys other than the stock ones.... JMO

I would swap the saleen plastic idler for the 90 mm stock ilder and see what happens. I would also think about a larger waterpump pulley

The belts do stretch overtime.

I wouldn't worry about a 8 rib kit yet.... but thats just me.

Ok, just checking thats normal.

Yeah I would try the new idler and belt and see what it does and go from there. Sounds like you are do on the belt anyway.
