Default Help Car won't start Fuel Problem

I installed a BAP last night, every since then the car won't start. I have since pulled the BAP and returned it back to they was it was. I've checked all the fuses and they are fine. The car will crank and even start for a brief second then cut off, the exhaust has a very rich fuel smell. It will start without the injectors firing but cuts back off once I let off the gas. I have voltage at both the FPDMs, and at the pumps. When I turn the key the pumps kick in and the pressure goes to 40 psi.

I pulled the fuel pump fuse and it actually started then cut off, but the pressure in the rails will still stay at 40 when turning the key to the on position with the fuse out. Thats not normal is it?

I then pulled the FPS off the rail and relieved the pressure, so now of coarse the fuel pressure is at 0. I put the fuse back in, turn the key to the on position and the pressure builds back to 40psi and still it won't start.

I pulled the vac line off the FPS and there was no gas in the line but there was a good smell of gas.

I pulled a few plugs and there is gas on the plugs (these are brand new plugs with 0 miles BTW). I'm not getting any codes because I can't get it to run long enough to give any codes.

Any Ideals?

It was installed after the FPDM. I then saw the FP was really high, thats when I saw the mistake. I'm wondering if the high pressure blew the FPS. I just don't want to buy a new one and that not be the problem.

added....

hey jeo, it's possible that the engine is
just really flooded right now, because of the
extra high fuel pressure the last time it ran....

ok, i was thinking you may have installed
it after the FPDM's.....

if i knew exactly where on the FPDM connector
you wired in the BAP, i could tell you what
went wrong.....

I just pulled all the plugs, and they all had fuel all over them. I replaced them with some Brisk plugs, however I can't start it now or my wife will kill me.
