To make the most NA power, you want a forged--stroker bottom end with a high compression ratio, set of CNC heads and cams. NA cams will be required
If you intend on going forced induction, go low compression with the rest of the engine remaining the same. A great tune and high octane fuel is a must as well. Blower cams will be required this way.

anything higher than 700rwhp and you will definately need race fuel only, so im guessing that this will be a track only car you are shooting for? If you go that high you will definately need a new transmission and full suspension. It isnt hard to hit 600rwhp on pretty much any blower out right now + a forged engine and other mods.

ported polished heads, kinda confused why you say you have pistons but no rotating assembly but def some sort of built short block and/or stroker, i've heard coil packs and wires offer better perf but haven't had experience with them, def a custom tune no matter what. Also do whatever you can to strengthen your tranny - back to save from losing as much hp as you can. Depending on where your located I could recommend you to a great shop in the Memphis area
Better radiator (less heat = more power) possibly an oil cooler depending on your temps, electric fans and pumps
