Just to give you a glean on selling prices, my 05 GT Premium manual with 24K miles will fetch approx. $1500 more from a private party sale than if it were traded in according to Edmunds. Like others have already noted, if you don't mind waiting a little longer, and also are a good negotiator, then suggest selling it privately.

My dealer does all the Mods. and there is no problem with waranty!

At least return the Tune to stock along
with the Stock airbox before trading her.
