i am thinking of going to the 3.2 pulley from the 2.95...what drop in HP/TQ/Boost should i see

I'd say you will see about 10.5 psi. I'll refrain from estimating the other numbers, just too many variables out there.

why do you want to down grade?

just a feeling i have that i am pushing the block...there are so many horror stories of blocks going south at 500 rwhp...well i am basically there so i was think of just giving the engine a lil more buffer. i know it is tuned properly. I was there on the dyno while tuning and seeing the numbers .

If he's running a stock motor and making 13 psi currently, I have no question as to why for the down grade. Too scary. O_o

I say, drop that psi a bunch and add some stuff to kick the HP back up like Comp Cams SPR Stg II or something. More power with less boost (ie dangerous pressure/heat) = FTW!

i used that pulley for awhile, i saw it peak at about 10.5 psi, not sure where you are located but dont forget the colder it gets the more boost you will see.

You will see everything in slow motion, getting to places takes forever, don't do it!
