Default brenspeed

hi i just now purchased a JLT and SCtx3 from brenspeed.com how do i tell them what kind of tune i want? was i suppose to type that in in that optional comments box? if so would i be able to call them tomorrow and tell them? or is it all done after i recieve the tuner and plug it into the computer?

You are sopposed to tell them what you want, the 87, 89, or 91 tune. And you are sopposed to give them your ecu number, plus rear end gear ratio, and a few other things. So just call them and give them the info, they have a great customer service. Once you get your tuner, you just plug it in, takes few minutes.

They will email you a list of what to tell them.

Correct. They won't (can't) write your tunes without pertinent info. They contact you one way or the other for what they need. Usually when you ordeer online, there's a form you fill out with all the info.

you ordered it already? usually you give them a bunch of information and such.


either way............call brent. or whoever may answer the phone. very, very helpful. they're known for their customer service.

yep i got it the next day, i talked to seth he answered some questions and stuff, nice guy.

so when the say 5 -7 day lead... is that meaning 5-7 days till i get it? or till they set up the tune? or until they ship it? I probably should have asked..
