process of elimination sounds like the way to go.... I have FI and 10.9 was just to rich for me and the driveability suffered at start up and cold. Had the car retuned on the dyno to an a/f ratio of 11.3-11.5 and start up and cold driving is not an issue anymore...doubt that help you though....
