This thread is killing me since I have had the cams in hand for about two weeks and am just waiting for my installer and tuner to fit me in. It is always worth the wait for a good install and tune. I am naturally aspirated but am looking at buying a whipple down the road (maybe 6 months). By the way the cams sound great HAMMERON - can't wait! Thanks for your how to sticky - very informative.

are truely awesome and they sound fantastic
hey 2006BlackGT, i'm excited for you because i
think you're really going to enjoy the cams. it took
me awhile to get used to them, but i really am
quite pleased now. let me know when they are
installed and your first impressions.

howdy guru, well i have to say it's great
for what it is, it's a tune to get someone
by, until they can get dynotuned....
now having said that.......
i like everything about the tune except i'm
getting some pinging at WOT and that makes
me unhappy.....i've added as much fuel to the
tune as is allowed, but it's still there.....
so yes, i do think a dyno tune is in my future.
i've also been thinking about a winter project again, so......
i might do a forged rotating kit installation writeup, if
there is enough demand for it :-)

Yeah defineately will want to get it looked at if you are getting pinging. Wont Brent update his tune if you call him? Might want to have him send an update that is pig rich on the top end just to be safe.
