I would suggest figuring out what system you want before you put cats back on. Because you can always have highflow cats welded into your offroad pipes.

the guy that installed him cut them off for reason unknown i was really mad but what done is done ntohing i can do
but my city isnt really strict with the cats so im sure ill be fine with high flow cats i want a deep rumble at idle but for it to really growl when i give it some gas i was thinking stinger would get me there.

technically you cant pass inspection without using the stock h pipe. Moving the original cats from the car makes it illegal in the first place. If there are cats on your car though, they almost always pass you.

last time i got inspected thay ever really even looked at the exhaust. And i had some really loud muffilers idk mabe i got luckey?
i might try the borla stinger how loud do thay get with off road not to outragiously loud ???
because the MAc axle back sounded like a iold truck that the muffiler fell off haha and it was very loud
