Default Return tune to stock.

I have to take my car in soon to have the tires balanced since the dealership forgot to do that when they replaced my tire a few weeks ago.

My question is do I need to return my tune to stock before I bring it in to them? I know how to do it on the xcal3, but I wasn't sure if it would hurt the car to run it on the stock tune with the 93 oct gas in the tank and the CAI.

Thanks for any help,

Chris

is all your doing getting your tires balanced? i brought my car to a dealership to get an oil change and i didn't retune it to stock.. and they saw the cai on there and actually adjusted it for me cuz it was slightly touching the hood and burning the insulation a little.. this wasn't the dealership that i got my car from though

The only time I would worry about putting the stock tune back in is if you had an engine warranty issue. It would not hurt the car to run 93 octane gas in it without a tune but it could run rough with the CAI on without a tune. Seeing that they're just balancing your tires, don't even worry about anything.

it really depends on your dealership but i've read from so many people that the dealership won't do anything and that even when you bring it in for a problem, they can't deny you warranty work unless they prove that the problem came from whatever aftermarket part you were using
