Saleen sells a 302 crate long block. Brenspeed has them in stock. They come with comp cams and stuff. It's a little expensive though (13K). It can handle A LOT of power. It'll easily handle your goal power level.

Couldn't swear to it but I think they run the same kit I am, just different cams, much cheaper to build yourself IMO

Well it does have the saleen name on it so of course the price is going to be a bit high.

I've recently been thinking of a stroker kit with higher compression pistions. Like about 11:1 or so. That would be fun.

Hah yeah it would. I'm only 9 1/2:1, but Eagle does offer an 11:1, coulda woulda shoulda I guess I still have room for that shiny turbo though...

That's good to know that they offer 11:1.

Although, having that may affect any future decision on a s/c'er. Hmm.

Well where I am is about as high as you can go and still build some boost off of, just means a nice radiator/intercooler upgrade later on

What's so bad about MMR other than keeping you on hold for the next 1 or 2 months without a process ? :P
