ok heres the deal... i purchased a c&l racer intake and a sct x2 tuner for my 2005 mustang gt, i bought it used from a guy who had it on a 2006 gt same everything well install went well on the intake but when i plugged the tuner in and selected custom tune, 93 octane it came up WRONG VEHICLE... so is there anything i can do or do i just ahve to send it back to brenspeed where he bought it and have it retuned?

Your PCM codes are different.....the tunes are completely useless for your vehicle. You need tunes written specifically for your car....and download them onto your tuner.

buy new tunes from bama or bren, or who ever you like but send them your pcm code (found on the computer under the hood) and download to your tuner and vwola tuned
