I had asked i a previous post, but I asked lots of questions in a previous post about cam selection, etc...

If I install the hot rod cams myself and don;t tune the car, but then drive the car to a dyno tuner...would that be okay, or should the cams have a tune done before driving anywhere?

You would be fine driving to the tuner with the factory tune. It may or may not stall out.

I drove my car with cams for about two weeks with the factory tune while waiting on my sct to arrive. It drove ok but the cats stunk at idle.
