how do you throttlestop a FBW?!?!?!

Id bet it would be fairly easy to add a switch and a potentiometer to switch on/off an adjustable external resistance to fudge the pedal sensor output to control the max throttle opening...adding weight may be easiest, but reducing power a touch might maximize durability...

funny thing to me: slowing down to get to 12 flat --- good job!
