I got mine at Last Call Racing. They were the cheapest.

That mustangs unlimited site posted above is way too high.

The normal price for these is 299. Brenspeed and Ninosport both have them for that price. I was trying to get a used set for $150 off ebay but someone out bid me early in the morning while I was still sleeping. GRR!

No I have not put the kooks on yet. I'm going to be doing it at my uncle's shop when I get the chance. I'll be sure to post a new thread about that.

I have no idea why in the tags there's "fox." This thread has nothing to do with fox bodies. Who put that? lol.

BTW, these are part number BT2005.

I am wanting to put the boom tubes on my 05 mustang. But I can't find any place that sells them. Can you tell me if you ordered them on line and what the website was.

Thanks

Hey guys- Sorry to commit multiple party fouls w regard to threatjacking, popping up in the wrong forum, etc but you guys would be the ones to talk to. I have a 2009 V6 (I know, i know, for shame, I grovel) and im debating putting a boomtube kit for the 6 on... Im just concerned about possible noise tickets and the like from San Diego PD and CHP... Are boomtubes technically CA street legal?

Great write up

I purchased them with intentions of leaving factory H pipe, because they seem to be the loudest nice sounding muffler. The S197s are not like previous years; passing emissions by turning off rear o2 sensors. One day I passed a GT with O/R pipe, got a wild hair and went to summit to by O/R X pipe. Boy, boom tubes + O/R X pipe super duper loud but, I love it
