I would go with the Nitrous, Long tubes and economy CMCV Delete Plates.

Aslong as you can do it yourself you should be within the budget.

Later, I would work on the suspension by trying to get the power to the ground effectively.

I have never had or driven a Supercharged car... but I would not put a Blower without getting stuff Forged unless you are not worried about blowing the motor up! That's just my .02

I voted for LTs and X-Pipe since I have both of those. If you buy the Kooks system you'd be over the 1500 limit by the time you get it installed but you are gonna have another 2000 later!

I have and, I know from experience that you do not need forged internals to run 10psi!

I vote save for a blower!

Depends on what you're looking to do. If you want some mil horsepower the for $3500 get the Steeds CMCV delete plates, Ford "Hot Rod" cams, Steeda Pulleys, GT-500 throttle body kit from METCO all this installation labor and a dyno tune should take up your $3,500 budget but will generate a VERY noticeable power increase that will be extremely fast on the street and put you into the 12's on the track....well into the 12's.

If you want crazy power save up some more get the Ford Racing H.O. blower, that will give you 550HP at the crank....that will have you burning rubber by the droves!!!!!
