Not that it helps now, but what I stated sounds like your problem. You should have done the diablo first and then the SCT.

Sorry to say it sounds like you are screwed now. I hope Justin can figure it out.

The diablo sees it as a different car now. What you should have done, not that it helps now, but might help someone else, is to download the sct live load software and just plug the tuner into your computer. You could have simply erased and unlocked it without plugging into the car. Who cares if you have the stock tune, you don't have the stock engine anymore.
