High Mileage S197's

So, I've been looking into buying a car for a while and found out that I can possibly get an 05 GT in my price range, but it will be higher miles. My question is, are there any problems emerging with some of these cars getting into higher miles? - or for that matter, any problems in general? Thanks.

Biggest factor would be how it was taken care of

Probably worth looking up the problems that people have been having changing their spark plugs at 100k. Shouldn't be a deal breaker, but worth knowing about so you're not caught off-guard.

i have about 110,000 on mine,, the only thing i have done is change the plugs at around 90,000,and fuel filters around every 20,000..,no problems yet...just a little noise at startup in the mornings (temp around 32")it stops when it gets warmed up...........................my 98 f150 4.6 has over 300,000 on it now..(new tranny at 109,000..new starter at 290,000,,heater core at around 200,000,,a couple of alternators and 4 batteries (and i use cheap wal-mart brand oil&filter)....................marauder has around 60,000 with nothing done to it,, except front alignment issues.................................03 f150 v6 30,000 nothing done to it....................and a 1923 ford model T all original and it still runs

76,000 miles. changed out spark plugs to HT0's for nitrous, fuel filter a couple times, and the throttle position sensor is starting to go out on me. hard starts and smokes a little at start up but runs fine after warm up

biggest issue is going to be how it was cared for and driven
