boost creep with hellion turbo kit need help

sorry, to be more specific I herd the boost leaking under load while driving...a "wastegate" like sound, but the noise would start from 0psi and up. I just finished cleaning all my boots and sufaces and re-installed and tightened. It seems fine now and I'm not getting too much creep. Mind you I have installed the 7psi spring, I think the fact the WG is a little too small combined with the 5psi spring is what causes the creep. I'll keep an eye on it. My AFR's arre around 10.3-10.7, but I could see a leaner tune causing more creep as the EGT's are hotter right?
