I took Atlantic City for $900...what mods should I get?

I took Atlantic City for $900...what mods should I get?
I'm thinking about 4.10's, but I don't have a tuner. Would I have to drop $300-$400 in addition to the $500+ gear install?
I was hoping to get a little more out of my $900 than JUST gears. I was also hoping to only have to buy a tuner when I go FI. How do I go about getting a gear re-tune without having to A. drop a huge sum of money at a tune shop or B. drop a huge sum of money on a handheld tuner.
I don't want to get a CAI/intake because it'll just have to come off when I go FI.
Would I be better served with a one-piece driveshaft? H&R Race springs and supporting suspension mods? What would I have to get in addition to springs?
