Default I'm slow, but I'll learn

Can someone tell me what CMCV deletes are? I see this everywhere. What is CMCV short for and what does a CMCV delete do for your car?

Charge Motion Control Valves. Deletes throttle blades at the base of the heads. Basically gives you that much less restriction at WOT by them not being there. Downside is not being able to limit airflow at part throttle leading to worse gas milage and less low end power
