Ive seen intercoolers like that fabricated with 1000hp crack. Those things get tricky when it comes to high power.

We have worked out a design for a huge front mount air/water intercooler and a trunk mounted tank that works really well.

Ditto - the real secret is a good resevoir. I'm reusing the massive 14 gallon resevoir in my trunk I fabbed for the whipple - works like a charm and at 700 to the tires on the street, my car ran cooler than most stock'ish set-ups...

I'm actually expecting this turbo build to run even cooler...

You can see a pic of my resevior on my pictures page if you click on my upcrowd link in my sig...

We are willing to help you out with your project. I can tell you one thing that you need for sure is our intake manifold. The stocker is not going to hold up and it leans out 2 cylinders.

Thanks. I was planning on trying the stocker reverse mounted but Vinny told me the same thing so I'll probably scrap the idea. I need the intake reverse mounted though so I can straight shot through the fire wall to the cooler.

I Don't think yours can reverse mount towards the firewall. Are you running the GT500 TB on it? I will probably have to just fab a sheet metal version for my needs.

We can build it reverse no big deal also we have an option for the GT500 TB. We'll get it done for you.

I just got off the phone with Justin and you WILL get it done for me...lol

Big thanks to you, Justin, and the crew at JPC!

I am really excited to have JPC now a part of this build...

I'm a few more weeks out now before fabbing but your intake is worth it!

You guys rock!
