I'm putting my exhaust setup together, but I'm lacking my Borla catback until next paycheck. However, to lighten the load on install day, I was wondering if I could fit the following parts together easily now:

Yep, that'll all work together just fine.

Although for shorties I'd rather have the BBK or JBA since they are tuned (equal length pipes). Better sound and power.
