Maybe you don't realize this, but you don't need anything other than a CAI & tune combo to take advantage of extra power. The CAI & tune will add about 15-30 RWHP by itself. Even the custom 87 tune kicks azz over the stock 87 tune.
My xcal2 lets you adjust the speedo based on tire revolutions per minute which is a function of the TIRE, and not based on wheel size. You simply need to get the tire's RPM from the spec sheet. But my Xcal2 only lets me set it in multiples of 10.

The Revs per mile is determined by the tire size, not the rim diameter.
