i just bought an 07 gt w/ stock exhaust and was wondering what would be a better buy. im looking at getting some cherry bomb extream mufflers 2.5" in to a 2.5" then sending it through an 18" tip (2.5"-3") and it would cost $200 or a mangnaflow cat-back system (4.6L GAS

Cherry bombs sound like garbage. You will like Magnapacks.

However, you posted this in the New Edge 4.6 section, you should find the 2005+ Mustang forums, you'll get better responses for your year.

Go with magnaflow weld-ins and get a bassani offroad x-pipe. You will save money and it will sound the same whether you weld em in or get the catback.

get the magnapack axle back, no need for the catback on the s197.

the cherry bombs dont sound that good.

+6 on the magnapacks. I have them and love'em. Especially with a prochamber and hi-flow cats, but no matter what midpipe you have, magnapacks will sound good.
