Finally Boosted!!!
I ordered the Saleen Stage 3 S/C kit from Brenspeed last week and decided with a friend to install it. What a fun time. We had the prep done in 3 hours last Friday, then started the install on Saturday. Things went fine till we tried to use the original intake manifold bolts for the S/C (this was my first time installing a S/C and it never said anything about the bolts in the manual). We did discover the new ones we were supposed to use on Sunday after spending 3 hours trying to get the S/C bolted down. Also ran into an issue getting the pulley to stay on the new alternator but after a couple tries with the impact gun, gtg. Sorry there are no pictures, I was angry with my baby a lot while installing her new power so pictures were the last thing on my mind. But all in all, not too bad of an install, one of those once I've done one, others won't be too bad installs. She runs great now and man is the power nice. My buddy who helped me has a sweet 600hp/700tq Lightning, that thing is sick. Hopefully I'll be getting dynoed on the 7th and I can see what it makes.

I'm glad I wasn't the only one Jersey cause we felt quite stupid the next day after wasting all that time trying to use what wasn't gonna work. I told Dave at Brenspeed about it and he said " we just thought it would be self-explanatory but I guess when you have a whole parts depot sitting on the floor in front of your car it's hard to distinguish what needs to be used and what doesn't." But it truly doesn't say DO NOT USE STOCK INTAKE MANIFOLD BOLTS in the install manual.
