Promodular performance in Austin did the install, which I highly recommend if your in the area, Murillos in San Antonio tuned it.

How much did they charge? Murillo quoted me a $1050 install.

After they installed them, what did you do for a tune until you got it down to Murillo?

It was about $650 for the install. I highly recommend promodular performance. I have been dealing with them for a few years now and have always been happy with the results. We drove the car to san antonio with no tune or tweaks to the computer at all. Car made it just fine, was just running a little rich.

$650 is a lot better.

They are not too far from where I work according to google maps. So I may go there when I get my suspension parts (springs, shocks, LCA, UCA, PHB, etc).

When you took it to Murillo for tuning, did you just hang around until it was done or did you have to leave it?

Just trying to figure out what my cam install strategy should be.

Well, Mike was on a time crunch so we drove the car down from austin and had it tuned same night. I was able to watch them tune it and drove it home the same night. If you get promodular performance to do it they will take your car to Murillos to get it tuned for you. I am in on leave so I coud'nt wait that long.

I see. I was wondering what promod performance does as far as tuning. They don't mention anything about dynos on their site. Now I get it.

I probably won't get the hot rods for a few more months anyway but I'm coming closer to a final "battle plan."

Oh yeah I forgot, it sounds awesome!

Too bad about the wind noise. Stupid Texas wind. I've been fighting it while on my bike and it's so annoying. Also when I try to wash the car or bike the wind blows the water all over me. :/
