Default 450whp.. what is it good for?

I have decided to get the Paxton 2200 H.O. kit for my 08 GT/CS.. but not until next Nov. It's a long story, trust me! Other then delete plates, a full exhaust and 3200 stall torque converter, I was thinking- how fast is my car really? I don't plan on racing anymore, I just want a no hassle, no BS FAST daily driver... what can I expect with these mods? I am pretty much done with the car in terms of modding at this point...

*1/4 mile times

*passing power

*MPG

*etc

.. The only 'real' high hp car I have owned was an 05 Dodge Neon SRT-4 stage 2.... I have no idea what to expect with the GT..

FWIW:

* Somewhere in the 11's (depending on a lot of other factors like the driver mod, rubber, etc.)

*At WOT, I believe the proper term is "Hold on ***** F****r"

*If you keep you foot out of it, your MPG should not change significantly.

*You are gonna have fun, and it will definately have more juice that your SRT-4.

450rwhp will result in a permanent grin while driving in any conditions.

This is actually a pretty good question. IMO, "it's" either in you or it aint.
for me, it's one of life's simple pleasures to mash the gas and feel the tires break loose and you get pinned to the seat.
Mileage will get hurt a little but it depends on your right foot.
Passing power will double.
Good luck with the waiting...

if you're 2nd guessing the SC, then you shouldn't get it.

Can't answer that completely cause there is a whole lot more to running fast than HP. Seems the vast majority forget about that. How you hook your power is more important than the power you make on the dyno - always remember that...

True and the dyno is great for tuning and the real world butt dyno and the cars ability to hook are more important then the numbers in my sig

If we need to tell you what it's good for then you shouldn't have it.
