91 Race is my DD. I had the shift points raised by 5 MPH and now it's near perfect.

Now I just need gears.

Well it seems that the race tune is the way to go so far. What do you mean by you had the shift point changed sirknightTG? Is it something you do yourself?

No Doug had to do it. On the SCT or DiabloSport you can only change the WOT shift points. I just told him I wanted the part throttle shift points raised by 5 MPH so when driving around in the city and stuff it stays in each gear a little longer. It made a huge difference. Although the shifting the way his tunes come is already better than stock, but I felt like I wanted to stay in each gear a little longer.

I typically use the race tune as my daily driver in the city. If I'm on a long trip I go to the 93 performance or 87 performance. The performance tune seems to get better mileage at 70-80 mph. Beware of a freshly loaded race tune in the rain. Before the car learns it a little and tones it down it's imposible to get traction when it's wet, at least on a manual trans. Have fun...they're head and shoulders above the factory tune. The reason I used the word madness in my sig is that's exactly how I felt when I installed it.

I go back and forth between the 91tq and 91 race tune. At the track I prefer the tq tune as I always get better times with that tune.

No such thing as 87 Torque tune Maybe 87 performance tune? But that's it. 87 is too low of an octane for Doug to do anything with.
