Default JLT CAI and Bama Tune

Hey, I just ordered my JLT intake and tuner from Bamachips. I ordered 3 custom tunes, 91 race, 91 torque, 91 performance. I am wondering if anyone out there has these tunes and what they think the best to use in everyday driving conditions. I know I can just test them all out myself, but I havn't recieved the parts yet and I am just really curious as to what others think of thiers.

Thanks

have same cold air kit & tuner from Bama. Very happy with both. Came with 87 torque, 93 torque & 93 race. Have only used the 87 tune so far but have been very happy.

If you travel often with the Stang, you may want to consider an 87 tune. I typically travel 1,000 - 3,000 miles/month and have had 2 occasions where I couldn't get anything higher than 87 octane. I filled up and then loaded my 87 tune. Even an 87 custom tune kicks azz over the 87 stock tune.

I have 'Bama tunes for pretty much all the octanes (except 89) and prefer to use the 93 Race for DD duties.

I don't really do too much travelling, so not finding 91 tune shouldn't be a problem for me.

I hope one day mine won't be my daily driver. I guess for now, I'll have to try all three and see which one is the fastest...haha....I can't wait to get it!!!

I have that exact setup with 3.73 gears. I use the 91 torque tune and my car is a daily driver. It's not hard to change tunes and I think all three are great. Our cars learn to adjust the tune over time and take some of the pep out of it so you'll need to reload it periodically. Enjoy!
