Thumbs up -TECHCO RELEASES FINAL BASE KIT NUMBERS-

7LB KIT

After extensive validation testing with our supercharger kits and validating each supercharger on our mule vehicle (05 stock Gt) for baseline chassis dyno testing, we are announcing our base kits output at 7 PSI. The attached results with 91 octane are 424.22 rwhp/390.73 rwtq SAE corrected (440.75 rwhp/405.95rwtq uncorrected) On our base kit (4.125" crank pulley), you will see boost start around 5psi at 3000rpm and peak a little over 7psi at redline.

10LB KIT

We finalized the configuration of the 10psi kit for the mustang. The attached results are 473.42rwph/435.46rwtq SAE corrected (486.25rwhp/447.26rwtq uncorrected) The vehicles configuration was:
Bassani x-pipe w/high flow cats
Saleen axle back
3.73 gears
Fuel pump
93 octane

This kit used a 4.75" crank pulley to output boost from 7psi at 3000rpm to 10 psi at redline. This level requires a fuel pump to support the fuel demand.

Our 10lb kit is our "low boost" package and they are designed to work with our crank adaptor for the STOCK crank dampner. all kits above the 4.75" pulley (above 10psi) are being called "high boost" and will REQUIRE a chnage to the BHJ style crank dampner, which has (3) M8 threaded holes that we use to bolt our crank adaptor to for added strength for the hi boost output.

Is Techco getting a C.A.R.B. EO number for any of these kits?
Will the "low boost" run safely on 91?
