Default need help with motor install

i have the motor in along with everything else. here is what i have. hellion turbo kit with 62mm turbo, imrc deletes, under drive pulleys, fore precision triple fuel hat with two gt pumps and two fpdm, ford racing 80lb injectors, and fore fuel rails.. that is what i had in there before i pulled the stock motor for the stroker motor. i am using the tune someone sent me for the 80lb injectors and turbo kit. it ran perfect before on the stock motor. when i start the car it will start, but then die. i can start it and give it gas and hold it at 2000 to 2500 rpms and it does just fine, but when i slowly ease off the gas at about 1100-1000 rpms it will go into safe mode then try to idle then just die. what do i need to do. i can do a data log if that will help, or even check my shot term fuel trim. help please.

This is type of issue is beyond my knowledge... but could you have crimped/dented a fuel line enough to prevent sufficient gas flow?

It's a tune issue. You need to get ahold of someone who specifcally had tuned turbo S197s.

HP tuning
Eric Brooks

That's where I would start.

Also, I think you need 60 lbs injectors. I don't think you will like the driveability of the 80's. The 62 mm Hellion shouldn't make more power than what a 60 lbs injector can handle.

Unless you're running E85.

i agree 80's are huge,im running 39# with a 70MM turbo.once the new motor goes in im bumping up to 52#.But if it ran before with 80# im not sure why it would not run now.

i dont know about everybody else. but what i read is that he is using the tune for the helion that he had from before he stroked his motor. if so then it deffinatly wont work. the tuning canot be the same because the engine now has more displacment. more air, more fuel. more POWER!!!! get that thing tuned. dont want to see a stroker messed up because you tryed to fix it or drive it by keeping the reves up.
