Default Diablo question

so I bought a used tuner (unmarried) and i will be ordering a tune real soon. But my problem is i dont have the cord that goes from the tuner to my computer. What is it called and where can i buy one cheap. Thanks in advance.

It's just a regular 9-pin RS232 (serial) cable. Some new computers don't have serial ports anymore so you'll need a USB-Serial adapter. You can get the AC adapter from radio shack, I believe it needs to be 12V 1000ma.

I dont think the Diablo software will recognize a USB Serial Port Emulator.
Some of the newer software versions will but some of the old versions
dont see the emulated port.

If you have a notebook you can upload your tune while powering the predator with the car so you do not have to buy an adapter.

The cable that Diablosport sells is actually a converter and it works flawless.

I have one of these and it works perfect: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16812107108 it looks exactly the same that Diablosport ships.
