4.6 Auto, Engine dies when slowing down

Will recheck hose clamps again. This would lean the actual combustion mixture? Car seems to run great except for this potentially hazardous problem. Have never had the car die more than once per outing though. Anyone think it could be something when the fast idle when warming up drops back to normal idle???

I'm going to try and data log it with my SCT2 and laptop, any ideas on which parameters I should select. cannot do A/F, no sensor.
