Default Oil filler neck

my oil filler neck is ready to come off of my valve cover what can i use to fix this? or am i screwed??? thanks!
I had an 03 motor put into my 02 and it seems like there is some kind of sealant under it. it is about 5/8 of the way unattached. I don't know if i should just pull it off and reseal it?

Brake cleaner and JB weld?
Or remove the valve cover and
fix it that way?

Go 2 the dealereship at the parts counter Ford uses a grey epoxy that's still going strong and has lasted longer than the JB Weld that I previously used.
