tire size

i have a 98 gt with factory 17 inch wheels i need to know what size tire to use with a higer profile than the 245 45 17 it has now idont want them to scrub but would love to have a little taller tire thanks buster

You're in the S197 (2005-2010) section. I couldn't guess what a '98 could handle.
