Default Grille/ Fog light question. need help

ok well i just took my stock grille out and put in a billet grille that i ordered and it removed the fog lights and pony. but now when i drive down the road i hear like a whineing noise from 45-55mph and i know its eletrical, but i dont know what it is. i used eletrical tape and taped up the harneses to the fog lights that were there. would i need to take the fuse out for the fog lights or is it something else? please help

Where is this electrical whining comeing from, the stereo speakers?
Taping up the harness does not protect it from water intrusion.
You can pull the fog light fuse. Its located in the BEC under the hood.
I think its the aerodynamics of the new billett grill since it only happens
at 45-55 MPH. I had an aluminum ladder on top of my Jimmy that would
'sing' at highway speeds. Maybe remove the aftermarket grill and see if
the noise disappears at 45-55MPH....
