I just got a new tune from #########. I downloaded the ds downloader off the website. I set everything up with the port and baud rate as specified.

When I connect the predator to my computer and open the ds downloader it says in the lower right tool found poort com 7, next to that on the lower left it says querying tool capabiliteis and on top it says by the help tab says searching for a diablosport tool. It then locks up the program and I have to ctrl alt delete and close it out.
I am using windows xp.
What am I doing wrong? please help?
