So I ordered a pypes offroad h-pipe, cmdp's, and an sct tuner from Brenspeed. I got the h-pipe and cmdp's on friday and decided to install them . Took the car for a ride afterwards and at WOT the car falls on its face big time. I have no CEL and also kept the charge motion motor installed on the manifold with the wiring harness plugged in.

Im just wondering if anyone else has had this symptom with these mods untuned? The car is an 08 Bullitt with the h-pipe and cmdp's as the only mods.

The delete plates require a tune.

Park your car and don't drive it until you get the tuner.

Thanks guys I kinda figured it needed the tune. Just wanted to take it out to see how the exhaust sounds.

Car is a toy so it will stay in the garage until the tuner arrives.

How did the CEL light not go on without a tune? Anyway with a tune it should wake the car up big time, you do have a CAI I hope.

Use the tuner. Turn off the Delete plate option and it will run fine.

He has a Bullitt, so yes he does have a CAI.

No CEL because I still have the charge motion motor on the manifold with the harness plugged in. Only took it for maybe a 4 mile ride. The deleted cats usually take awhile to set a CEL.

Tuner should be here soon. Ill let everyone know how it turns out.
