Default 20" Wheels 20x8.5 Non-Staggered (will I be happy w/ Non-Staggered?)

I've searched all wheel related threads and haven't seen one that's dealt with this issue.

I bought a set of four used 20x8.5 Foose Nitrous wheels and I'm so concerned they won't look good I'm considering selling 2 of them and replacing with 20x10's. Is that a good idea?
Is it worth the headache of selling and buying new, or am I being over picky.
It's a stock 2008 GT Torch Red. Will be lowered with springs & shocks struts.

For one thing damn near every single Mustang I see on these forums all are staggered.

I know i'll lose out on being able to rotate, but I'm more for looks.
The wheels aren't on the car yet. Will I regret not getting staggered?

It will look good with 245 or 255 size tires all around. If you want a wider size, then you will need to up the width of the rim.

I'll let you decide.

Those are the best angles I could get.

I'm sure some people here could post pictures that would convince you with the staggered look in a matter of seconds.

And those are staggered 20's. 20x8.5 and 20x10 w/ 255/35 and 285/30 Nitto's.

You will have a much better looking stance with staggered wheels. Depends on how you want the car to look though, either a crusier or a bad a$$ hot rod!!!!!!!

I've run the same width on both my stangs and haven't regretted it even when compared to a staggered car since imo it doesn't look right to have big fat tires on a daily driver on drag cars sure dd's no check out my cardomain link for lots of pics from different angles of my cars wheel setups. Also keep in mind when it comes time to rotate your sol with a staggered setup which does impact tire tread life again jmo

I believe a staggered wheel should induce more understeer. One thing Mustangs don't need is more understeer. That's a definitely negative for handling. On the other hand, the traction should help in a straight line. (Then again, getting 20 inch wheels in the first place, unless they're extremely light weight forged wheels, is a huge performance negative in handling and acceleration.)

Most people on here will go with staggered tires either for the look or because of traction issues after they've add so much power. Unless you really, really want the look, then you're probably making the right decision in my opinion.

thanks for all your opinions everyone.

as far as performance issues, i never take the car to the track.
It's street only, freeway 80-85, sometimes 90-100, very rarely anything over that.
I'm not crazy when it comes to corners.

I only take the car out once or twice a week, so not a daily driver.
And I'm not overly concerned with rotating wheels.

I'm gonna put 2 of my foose's up for sale. Gonna buy bigger rears.
