Default Hesitation

Does anybody else have a hesitiation when you first take off. This happens to me but afterwards it jets out like its *** is on fire.

It's that throttle by wire. If you have not got a Tuner yet or CAI with a dyno custom tune it will cut way down on the hesitation.

Ford has acknowledged this problem and has come up with a fix for it.....you have to leave the light at 3500 rpm every time[sm=gears.gif][sm=joke.gif]

Had the same problem. Took it to the dealer and they replaced the drive shaft. Problem solved.

....I can't seem to connect how replacing the driveshaft would get rid of a hesitation problem..... I would've grilled them until they told me problem....

If your traction control is turned on and you give it too much gas when you first go that you cause the wheels to spin, TC will cause that hesitation as it cuts the power to cylinders until you regain traction. Try turning TC off and drive like normal. Hesitation will more than likely go away.
