It would depend on the creativity of your local DA and what crimes he decided to pursue whether or not a video would be admissable or not. Considering you show yourself racing a vette, and then passing at least two cars after you claim your going 140+, your giving them quite abit to work with. People assume that only cops can get into trouble cuz they are being filmed doing dumb stuff. In some instances, it does go both ways. That is assuming they decided to pursue it at all.

As for high speed crashes, it isn't high speed that kills, its the sudden stop. Many stretches of the autobahn have guard rails that keep your car from leaving the road unless you get air and go over them. If you stay between them them, you just bounce around til you stop, much like most wrecks in nascar.
