Default dyno / tune with CAI

Can you do a dyno tune with a new CAI instead of a tuner?
Just wondering, seems like it would save some money.

you have to use the tuner to load the dyno tune into your car after a tuner (person) performs a dyno on your car upon installing the CAI.

You need the tuner to load the tune. You could have a dyno tune after being tuned to eek out a touch more possibly. Not a good bang for the buck equation there.
