Can i read How many lb's of boost i running from a vaccum gauge

Its an autometer 30 - 0 - 30 gauge but it doesent go into boost figures under acceloration ive tried 2 gauges both showing same figures..

It must be tapped in the wrong place then... Most likely its tapped before the supercharger.

sounds like you are tapped into the vacuum supply for the boost bypass. anywhere else will give you either full vacuum or full boost readings. My RoushCharger bypass had several vacuum lines running to it, so i can easily see someone plugging into the wrong area.

there was only the 1 vacuum/boost line on the back of the manifold that I actually needed.

Thanks for all the help guys, i have just tried moving the vaccum line. i moved it to the side of the s/c on top of the injector rail. it goes up in to something like 8 psi, does the car have to be moving to show true boost figures???

Yes, the engine needs a load to show true boost pressures... Just go out for a spin and floor it in 4th...if you can/have a safe area. Or any gear for a reference.

But just reving it parked will not give you true readings.
