Nitrous Questions
Well its that time of the year again(weather) and it looks like im gonna have to recaculate my nitrous jets. (loss of bottle pressure) I recently ordered a bottle heater from dynotune and am also looking to up the jets. Correct me if Im wrong but i should be rolling with 39lbs injectors right?( 2008 Mustang gt) Did some datalogging with Diablosport tuner and it looks like im holding at about 39 psi to 40 psi but am not sure if those numbers should be read at wide open throttle or at idle. Also does anyone know what kind of affect advancing spark has to nitrous? I know about pulling timing, but spark advance seems to be something else. Any input would be appreciated. Thanks

well it all depends on the hp shot that you are going for.in reallity you dont need bigger injectors at all with a wet kit,bigger fuel pump or bap yeah, but it all depends on the kind of shot you are going with.100 shot or smaller dont need no modifications except a tune.125 and up you need a really good tune plus at least a bap.the 39 to 40 psi you are seeing are normally at wot and when you spray a 100 shot it will drop to about 32 psi.about the timing if you dont know what you are doing then leave it to a tuner or it will go KABOOM.to much timing and nitrous dont get along to a certain point.

Yeah i kinda figured that much, but i live in el paso tx and the tuners down here are real ****. I dont think i would trust anyone with my car after the things i hear from the local forums around here. Who does your tune? any recomendations? I know i can probably get a custom email tune from someone just dont know any one.
